Parent-Managed Child Profiles
Kinforge Family is built around parent-managed household accounts. Parents create and manage child profiles, assign work, review approvals, and control account setup decisions tied to children in the family.
Child profiles may include names, usernames, assignments, progress history, encouragement, achievements, and related family workflow information entered by the family.
How Child Information Is Used
Child-related information is used to provide the family experience parents expect: assigning skills, tracking progress, supporting review and encouragement, and showing household momentum over time.
We use child profile data only to operate, secure, support, and improve the family product experience.
- Create child login and assignment workflows selected by the parent
- Track completions, approvals, retries, encouragement, and achievements
- Display family and child progress inside the household account
- Support notifications, troubleshooting, and account recovery when initiated by a parent
Parent Controls
Parents can review child profile information, update profile details, manage who has access in the family, and request help from support when they need assistance with records or account questions.
If a parent wants a child profile removed, Kinforge Family can process the request through the account's parent access path and support workflow.
